We can and sometimes we do! But usually people are opposed to interior waterproofing because they don’t understand it or have only seen poorly installed systems. Interior waterproofing USUALLY solves the hydrostatic problems we experience in Portland and Eugene best.

What can I do to avoid needing this service?

What you likely heard about cleaning your gutters and diverting your downspouts at least 15 feet away is of course true, do that! However, years of neglect and soil saturation usually cannot be fixed by these simple course corrections.
