Do you do exterior waterproofing?

We can and sometimes we do! But usually people are opposed to interior waterproofing because they don’t understand it or have only seen poorly installed systems. Interior waterproofing USUALLY solves the hydrostatic problems we experience in Portland and Eugene best.

What can I do to avoid needing this service?

What you likely heard about cleaning your gutters and diverting your downspouts at least 15 feet away is of course true, do that! However, years of neglect and soil saturation usually cannot be fixed by these simple course corrections. But, If you are curious what to do to keep your dry basement dry we would be happy to come out and show you some best practices.

What is the average cost?

Single room and smaller partial systems start around $8,000. The average scope of work selected is around $12,000. Larger basement waterproofing projects vary widely in scope and cost.
